  I am Mrs. Esther Ajiboye, head chef and co-owner of Lagos Peppersoup Corner at The Intercontinental Restaurant!  The Intercontinental Restaurant is a family owned small business dedicated to serving the best West African Cuisine in this amazing city.  In fact, our philosophy here at the Intercontinental Restaurant remains "...to positively promote the West African culture by filling the niche of a starved market with delicious and authentic West African dishes."

My passion for cooking was developed in watching my mother, my sisters and aunts prepare outstanding and immaculate meals everyday, effortlessly and without recipes! With that spirit fully instilled, it is fair to say that cooking simply makes me happy and brings out the best in me.

 My husband also has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, owning restaurants in different states of Nigeria and catering to high government officials including governors, senators, and more!
